Visual process improvements I've created over the years. 

2018 The GBS Group, Recruiting Workflow.  This started when I was having a hard time getting timely feedback on candidates from hiring managers. The company was losing great candidates to other companies because of our long time-to-fill. I asked my supervisor if I could create something to give to the hiring managers so we could all be on the same page about the recruiting process and manage expectations as far as turn-around time. She really like the idea and gave me a list of 30+ steps to start from. I knew that was a bit much, so I narrowed it to the above 16 steps in a visual format. Ideally, I would have ommitted all the content outside of the shape but the supervisor felt it was important to have this information in writing as well. I was unable to get access to our company's Visio license initially, but was able to design this in Lucidchart.

2019, The GBS Group, Interview Score Cards. I designed this interview score card to address the recruiting department's desire for exceptional interview practices. It went with a hiring manager training I created and designed as well. I used MS Word to design this template.

2019, The GBS Group, Hiring Process & Interview Training. This is an overview of a training I designed that further elaborated on the recruiting workflow diagram. This training was meant to be facilitated by the lead recruiter over 30-60 minutes depending on the engagement of the audience. I designed this using a free HTML5 software called Focusky with the company specific images created in MS Word and Visio as well as Lucidchart.

2019, The GBS Group, Recruiting Best Practices. I designed this as when I started my recruiting position, I had no formal training materials to reference. This was a living document that evolved and kept me accountable for varying tasks.
